Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
All other orders: “Authorization must be obtained from us for the return of goods within 7 days from receipt of your order. Please contact us for an RMA #. Credit is not allowed on worn or misused products. All items must be in it's original unopened packaging. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Restocking charge of 25% will apply to all returns where we are not at fault. Shipping charges are non-refundable.”
